How do I add a credit card to my account?

You can quickly & easily add a new credit card to your account. You can add as many credit cards as you would like and select a specific card at checkout or have orders go onto the "default" credit card.

Log into your Strive account
In the account center, click on "manage credit card"
Click on "add new card"
Complete form (Note: Do not use dashes when entering credit card number)
Click submit and your new credit card will be added to your account

Note: To update the default credit card, please contact customer care

How do I find the correct ink or toner for my printer?

Our ink & toner finder makes it easy to find the correct products for every printer in your office.

Hover and click on "Ink & Toner finder"
Select manufacturer (HP, Canon etc)
Select series (Inkjet printer, laser printer etc)
Select model from drop-down or enter model number in search box
Click on model and select from available options

TIP: It's a good idea to add these to your favorites list. Perhaps create a list titled "Ink" or "printer supplies"

How do I create favorites lists?

You can create as many favorites lists as you would like. A helpful tip is to title each list by name or department.

Hover over "My Favorites List" and select create a new list
Enter the desired name for your new list and click update
To add an item to the list you created (or any of the favorites lists), search for an item, while on the item, click add to favorites and select the list you want the item added to
That's it! You can now add or delete items from your lists and order directly from them

ADDITIONAL TIPS: You can create a new list directly from any item.
You can also use the ADD LINES feature to add item numbers from invoices or business reviews.

How do I retrieve or reset my password?

It happens to all of us! If you've lost or forgotten your password, you can use any of these options.

Click on get hint
Reset your password (link will be sent to the email address on file for your account)

How do I use coupon codes?

You may receive coupon codes from your account manager, customer care or you can use the coupon code for free gifts with minimum order size. Regardless of the type of coupon you are redeeming the process is the same.
