Responsibilities
Your Role:
As a Customer Care/Sales Support Representative, you will:
As a Customer Care/Sales Support Representative, you will:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Collaborate with drivers, sales reps, warehouse managers, and office staff to ensure timely and quality service
- Assist new customers by setting up their accounts and providing introductory information
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with our services and products
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues using proprietary software
- Continuously learn and share knowledge about new products and services
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- We value skills and qualities that make you successful in this role, including: Interpersonal and customer care skills to build lasting relationships
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Windows, Excel, and PDF tools (and the ability to quickly learn new software)
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- An eye for detail, patience under pressure, and a sense of humor to tackle challenges with positivity.

Additional Information
This position could be full time or part time depending.
- We offer: $19.00 - $20.00 /Hr. DOE
- Health Benefits available after 90 days
- 401K w/3% match available after 1 year
- PTO and Holidays
