When a customer wanted to add three offices to an upstairs space in their building, there was one big obstacle: the opening to the second floor. There was no getting full size furniture through it, at least not the usual way.
David visited the customer on site and designed the three offices around that constraint, selecting furniture that would fit through the opening without compromising on quality or function. Then the team got everything staged at our warehouse. They assembled the furniture, fastened it to pallets, and shrink wrapped it all so it would be ready to go out to the customer.
On installation day, the customer's crew used their forklift to get the palletized furniture up to the second floor, where Thomas and Leonard took over, bringing everything through the opening and installing the offices just as planned.
The customer was thrilled with the results: a brand new workspace upstairs, and a process that was smooth from design to final installation.
